Job Summary

Assist with executing construction projects at fixed facilities, performing construction crew tasks such as hand/power tool operation, heavy equipment operation, fabrication, site work, concrete construction, and general plant maintenance. Support the construction supervisor and plant operations personnel on maintenance projects, maintain time/materials records for daily job costing, and help improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality while following Environmental, Health & Safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with executing construction projects at Dolomite fixed facilities.
•Perform construction activities including site work, concrete construction, metal fabrication and erection, and general plant maintenance.
•Communicate with plant personnel, engineers, and other stakeholders and collaborate on maintenance and plant improvement projects.
•Maintain time and materials records for daily job costing.
•Follow work procedures and Environmental, Health & Safety policies, including participating in safety meetings and toolbox talks and maintaining tools/equipment.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
•Construction or fabrication experience preferred.
•Ability to meet physical demands (walking several miles/day, occasional climbing/stooping/kneeling/crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs).
•Ability to wear required PPE and follow OSHA/MSHA safety requirements.
