•Establish and maintain comprehensive project records, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and accessible.
•Serve as the technical go-to expert for complex field inspections and audits, providing guidance for consistency and quality.
•Set direction and goals for inspection teams aligned to project objectives and organizational strategy.
•Oversee safety protocol development and implementation for inspection activities and represent the company in client and regulatory meetings on technical issues.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma plus 10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).
•Valid US Driver’s License and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records review to visit project sites.
•Experience working with Connecticut Dept. of Transportation (CTDOT).
•Metro-North Railroad Safety certification.
•Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Engineer in Training (EIT), or Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain required NICET level).
