Key Responsibilities

  • •Independent processing of requests for the adjustment and expansion of the existing business concept for the SAP Business Partner module
  • •Creation of concept documents and cost estimates for requirements within the BP environment, in accordance with Miele and SAP standards
  • •Independent configuration in S/4 Sales and SAP CRM/ERP, and execution of functional and system integration tests
  • •Providing Level 3 support for BP solutions including identifying, reproducing, analysis and resolving reported incidents in close collaboration with key users, business and IT experts
  • •Supporting internal and external developers during project implementation and working closely with key users and business support in the operational area

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of the SAP Business Partner module, including CVI, BDT and WebUI, and integration within S/4HANA and SAP CRM/ERP
  • •Experience in SAP BP integration with S/4 Sales and cloud solutions (SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • •Knowledge of debugging in ABAP and technical objects (user exits, BADIs, routines, enhancements)
  • •Knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and SAP best practices
  • •Technical expertise from at least 3 SAP ERP/S/4HANA implementations and rollout projects, with at least 5 years of experience
