Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile across Oura systems and multiple logistics partners and fulfilment locations.
  • •Own weekly and month-end controls, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies end-to-end (receipts, shipments, returns, adjustments, damages, overs and shortages).
  • •Maintain inbound shipment visibility into distribution centres, tracking movements and driving exceptions through to accurate, on-time receipt.
  • •Coordinate inbound shipment setup (purchase orders and system transactions), ensure ASNs/receipts are completed on time, and manage aged/delayed inbounds proactively.
  • •Identify manual activities to automate and build scalable, exception-based workflows by partnering with Systems, NetSuite, AI/automation, 3PL, and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
  • •Hands-on experience owning or supporting inventory reconciliation and month-end close processes.
  • •Experience reconciling inventory across multiple warehouses, fulfilment centres, or 3PL partners, including investigating system-to-system and physical variances.
  • •Strong understanding of inventory movements (receipts, shipments, transfers, returns, adjustments, damages, and stock corrections) and attention to detail.
  • •Comfort analysing operational datasets and driving root-cause resolution across stakeholders, including 3PLs, freight providers, manufacturing partners, Finance, and Accounting.
