Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead cost management and quantity surveying for a large-scale, multi-site data center construction program. Partner with client program leadership across mission-critical projects from preconstruction through closeout—building and maintaining estimates, cost plans, budgets, and forecasts. Evaluate and negotiate change orders, validate contractor pricing and payments, and manage change control and cost reporting. Travel to project sites as needed and mentor junior team members.
