Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate equipment and man multiple machines to perform daily duties.
  • •Use computer-based programs and applications to complete daily tasks.
  • •Ensure quality of process and product by running equipment per current process specifications and change notifications.
  • •Maintain accurate machine logging, monitor equipment performance discrepancies, and communicate issues to your lead.
  • •Follow safety protocols and report hazards; participate in training and complete certification/recertification requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or above.
  • •Ability to operate equipment and man multiple machines during production.
  • •Baseline digital fluency, including ability to use AI-assisted tools to support role-relevant work tasks.
  • •Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift environment (biweekly rotation for day and night).
  • •Complete certification and recertification requirements and participate actively in required on-the-job training.
