Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and maintain Java backend services using Spring Boot, deployed on AWS.
  • •Build and maintain event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka for asynchronous processing of financial events across distributed services.
  • •Contribute to architectural decisions to uphold quality, reliability, and observability standards.
  • •Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and technical debt in existing systems.
  • •Participate in on-call rotations for Tier 1 production incidents and conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and engineering standards.

Salary: GBP 87,500 - 111,000 annually
