Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage scalable operational processes for the Legal organization, including workflows, intake, documentation, and operational reporting.
  • •Partner with Legal leadership to improve efficiency through process, automation, and scalability improvements.
  • •Own cross-functional business processes spanning departments and geographies, identifying gaps and designing scalable operating mechanisms.
  • •Manage business systems and tooling lifecycles, including evaluating needs, coordinating procurement, implementation, optimization, and vendor management.
  • •Connect information and workflows across departments to improve context, visibility, and execution; lead special projects supporting leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Legal Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar role, ideally in an early-stage SaaS environment.
  • •Experience operating in fast-growing, high-ambiguity environments where processes need to be built or refined.
  • •Demonstrated ability building AI workflows/agents and leveraging AI-native ways of working.
  • •In-depth experience with contract legal management and legal operations systems, including implementing workflows and operating infrastructure from scratch.
  • •Strong project management and cross-functional execution skills to drive complex initiatives to completion.
