  • •Own and ship website/growth funnel features, including landing pages, conversion flows, forms, and experiments with speed and reliability.

  • •Software engineer first with strong fundamentals and full-stack capability (TypeScript/React + backend)
  • •AI-pilled: power user of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent)
  • •Growth mindset with genuine interest in growth, marketing funnels, and user acquisition
  • •Hands-on experience with analytics/tracking tools (PostHog, GA4, Segment, Mixpanel, etc.) and building dashboards
