Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership for geotechnical engineering, tailings engineering, geohazard services, materials engineering, laboratory operations, field services, construction quality assurance, and instrumentation and monitoring.
  • •Lead the strategic growth and operational performance of the business across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
  • •Drive profitable growth through client relationships, market expansion, innovative service offerings, and major pursuit leadership.
  • •Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams, supporting succession planning, engagement, and professional development.
  • •Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve safety, quality, utilization, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geological, Geotechnical, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada.
  • •15+ years of progressively senior leadership experience in consulting, engineering, laboratory services, mining, infrastructure, construction, or related industries.
  • •Proven success leading large multidisciplinary technical and operational teams across multiple locations.
  • •Demonstrated executive-level commercial leadership with experience managing revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and investment planning.
