Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise employees across production and/or operations functions (assembly, inspection, test/final test) for manufacturing capital equipment and related components/subassemblies.
  • •Prioritize production schedules using manpower availability, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements; conduct milestone meetings and track organization performance metrics to improve cycle time.
  • •Ensure timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction; interface on customer/vendor requirements and initiate corrective actions based on cost of quality analysis.
  • •Oversee accident and injury prevention, ensure EHS training for department employees (including temporaries), and monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • •Develop personnel through training and career development; manage performance management, goal setting, employee development plans, and recruitment/selection, reward, and discipline processes.
