•Complete client transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper records and handling assigned monies.
•Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversation, and performing complex transactions as needed.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process via outbound calls and IRM-related activities, including referring clients to appropriate branch specialists.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
