Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support a team of mechanical engineers and ensure projects are completed.
  • •Focus on delivery of high-quality technical design drawings and specifications to required regulations.
  • •Develop the technical capabilities of the team and contribute to technical solutions on projects.
  • •Initiate and participate in design peer reviews and keep up to date with industry developments.
  • •Ensure QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance, provide regular project status and financial performance updates, and lead team meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Membership to an accredited engineering body (e.g., IMechE, CIBSE, ASHRAE).
  • •Ensure Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies.
  • •Successfully complete a background verification (BGV) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
  • •Provide accurate and complete information during the recruitment process, including uploaded documents.
