Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Project Management in managing new and existing client relationships and driving revenue through new work and contract renewals.
  • •Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation efforts with business generation and senior management teams.
  • •Provide weekly project status updates, including staffing and escalation of issues or conflicts as needed.
  • •Deliver financial management for commissions, including margin tracking, monthly fee/resource forecasting, invoicing accuracy, and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • •Provide line management for assigned staff and lead a small project management team overseeing infrastructure projects and program management across a neighborhood portfolio, including liaison with municipal authorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •A graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a project management role in the construction industry.
  • •Experience effectively managing client accounts and supporting business development, including cross-selling opportunities.
  • •Experience managing teams of project managers and supporting staff.
