Lead a team of technicians overseeing electrical construction and maintenance at SpaceX Hawthorne Production Facilities. Manage projects with vendors to ensure standards and timely delivery, direct internal technicians and subcontractors, enforce contract expectations, and maintain a safe, compliant work site while driving a proactive preventive maintenance program.
