Job Summary

Become a Retail Personal Banker I by completing a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification. Serve customers through a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment, using marketing tools to set appointments and drive cross-selling. Process teller transactions, support retail risk and compliance, and build relationships with business partners to refer customers for holistic financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and act as part of the platform staff while following policies and procedures to manage risk and protect confidential information.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at the time of employment.
