Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Lead Planner by developing and implementing planning and quality processes for mechanical piping hotworks.
  • •Scope, estimate, plan, and schedule all mechanical piping work in a designated process area.
  • •Monitor CMMS (SAP) daily to review notifications and create accurate work orders.
  • •Conduct site inspections to develop clear, detailed work scopes for maintenance and project activities.
  • •Prepare workpacks and ensure work orders are ready for execution, including materials/resourcing and participation in weekly planning/scheduling meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant Trade Qualification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a similar industry or related workplace.
  • •Strong CMMS knowledge and demonstrated experience with SAP.
  • •Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Commitment to being an OH&S Leader and ability to influence and challenge others appropriately.
