Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the hourly hiring process, including candidate communication, offer letter preparation, and onboarding coordination.
  • •Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as drug screenings, background checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation materials.
  • •Maintain accurate electronic HR records, employee documentation, and policy databases.
  • •Prepare, analyze, and distribute HR reports, data summaries, and project materials for management and HR leadership.
