Job Summary

Contribute to oncology account sales, service, and support by helping patients stay on their prescribed testing cadence and improving clinical workflows and fulfillment processes. Build relationships with key oncology account personnel to drive unit growth, monitor testing and retention KPIs, educate medical professionals on order management tools, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes for patients and providers across the Inland Empire territory.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and maintain existing Oncology customers by working with assigned COS and internal stakeholders.
•Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
•Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to the protocol prescribed by the Oncologist.
•Assess medical professional and staff needs with a focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and problem solving.
•Become an expert on Natera Oncology products and processes; educate professionals on tools for test order management and track KPIs for retention and order volume.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
•Oncology background such as medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing; or a minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience.
•Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and act with a sense of urgency.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external customers.
•Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (and Gmail), with quick learning of software and reporting systems.
