Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer the Electronic Security System (ESS) and support the Government Security Manager with access control and CCTV subsystems.
  • •Support physical, personnel, information, and systems security for the facility.
  • •Schedule, coordinate, and implement facility projects, including pre-exercise setup and post-exercise recovery, plus support for soldier details.
  • •Serve as contract security point of contact and coordinate with Hub/FDNY Government Security staff to ensure compliance with DoD and Industrial Security regulations.
  • •Conduct security surveys, inspections, and risk analyses; report violations and take corrective actions; help maintain classified document storage/accountability and security rosters.

Key Requirements

  • •Active SECRET clearance required and able to obtain SECRET clearance.
  • •CompTIA Security+ (Baseline) and Computing Environment certification IAW DoD 8570.01-m required; technical category/level: IAT-II.
  • •2+ years of related experience in a technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and technical certifications/training.
  • •Education: BA/BS or equivalent years of relevant experience or technical training.
  • •Knowledge of alarm monitor procedures and relevant technology/subject matter used in electronic security systems.
