Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead order reconciliation across Vista, OEI, and Mapics to ensure accurate, aligned data between integrated ERP platforms.
  • •Monitor and improve MPS and MRP run accuracy to ensure demand and supply plans translate into material requirements.
  • •Review, maintain, and optimize MRP planning parameters to improve planning efficiency, inventory performance, and material availability.
  • •Analyze planning/system discrepancies to identify root causes and resolve MPS/MRP inconsistencies and data integrity issues.
  • •Develop and track KPIs for ERP data health and planning accuracy, perform demand/forecast analysis, and support planning validation and exception management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations.
  • •Experience leading material planning and/or demand planning initiatives, including MRP/MPS processes.
  • •Ability to analyze planning and system discrepancies and drive corrective actions to improve data integrity.
  • •Preferred: Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Mapics; APICS CPIM certification.
