Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Identify customers’ financial goals, recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Provide exemplary customer service by resolving issues, educating customers on deposit products, and using a disciplined sales and follow-up approach to drive referrals and deepen relationships across the bank. Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
