Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, maintain, and repair gas turbine engines, generators, low/medium voltage electrical components, and auxiliary power equipment.
  • •Perform periodic inspections, complete maintenance and operational reports, and handle administrative tasks for readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • •Maintain quality testing (including water and lubricants) and compile operational data using forms, logs, and reports.
  • •Monitor performance to support operational efficiency and unit reliability, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements; regulate equipment operations and conditions.
  • •Interface with internal and external work groups to meet production, testing, regulatory, and maintenance schedules; respond to trouble callouts and support emergencies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 56.93 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant industrial journey-level or specialized military training or a technology degree/certification.
  • •Three or more years of experience in power or propulsion plant operations and maintenance.
  • •Strong preference for experience with simple cycle or aero-derivative combustion turbine platforms.
  • •Must pass the General Power Plant Battery (GPPB) Assessment and a written Plant Technician Assessment.
  • •Experience across electrical, mechanical, and instrument & control disciplines, including troubleshooting and maintenance duties.
