Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate execution of manufacturing projects at the Kings Mountain facility.
  • •Develop and communicate project scope, cadence, deliverables, and work plans to meet quality and capacity requirements.
  • •Maintain the plant project portfolio and track leading and lagging performance indicators.
  • •Align new equipment and/or product launches with functions to meet customer, cost, quality, and timing requirements.
  • •Coordinate financial and technical reviews and communicate project status to leadership; support continuous improvement using Eaton Business System tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, engineering, operations, or manufacturing.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •Preferred: 3+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • •Experience with lean, six sigma, and/or continuous improvement, plus product and/or process design & development.
