•Own the affiliate product assortment strategy and continuously optimize the product pool by improving the quality and quantity of hero products.
•Develop and execute Thailand affiliate product tool operations strategy with regional product teams to optimize tools and operational efficiency between affiliate products and creators.
•Improve the affiliate data tracking system and formulate annual/quarterly/monthly affiliate operation goals and strategies based on Thailand performance.
•Provide strategic support for affiliate annual/quarterly goals, including GMV and penetration rate, go-live/publish UV, number of products, and number of creators.
•Deliver product assortment project goals such as product pool strategy, hero product pool showcase, and hero product pool penetration rate.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above.
•High English proficiency and Thai language proficiency.
•3+ years of experience in affiliate, project management, merchant acquisition, vendor management, or eCommerce platform partnership development.
•Ability to provide strategic support for affiliate KPIs such as GMV and penetration rate, go-live/publish UV, number of products, and creators.
