Job Summary

Lead a global industrial design team within the Global Core Innovation organization, focused on differentiated packaging design and innovation. Own the ID roadmap, goals, and performance management, coordinating scheduling, priorities, and cross-functional execution with PLM and market/consumer research. Serve as a design/technical expert to customers, align with business requirements, and continuously improve design standards, tools, and collaboration across functions and BU’s.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a global industrial design team with members across Europe, North America, and Latin America.
•Define ID roadmap, goals, and performance management; ensure schedules, timelines, and delivery within budget.
•Partner cross-functionally with PLM and market/consumer research to surface future needs and opportunities.
•Serve as a design/technical expert to customers and internal stakeholders; manage customer-facing communication.
•Improve design standards, research decision-making, and team capabilities by identifying new tools and techniques.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant experience plus a relevant degree or equivalent.
•Lead a global industrial design team across multiple regions.
•Define an industrial design (ID) roadmap with team/individual goals and performance management.
•Work cross-functionally with PLM and market/consumer research to identify future needs and opportunities.
•Demonstrate clear written and oral communication and customer-focused communication; resolve prioritization and resourcing conflicts.
