Own the product roadmap for Anduril’s Projects-to-Close (PTC) ERP capabilities, using deep Oracle supply-chain expertise to reduce technical debt and extend functionality. Collaborate with growth, finance/accounting, supply chain, and manufacturing stakeholders to align digital tools with business goals, optimize project accounting, and deliver enterprise value-stream solutions across CorpOS. Partner with architects, vendors, and product peers to integrate systems, document releases, and train SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

•Maximize value from the ERP by addressing shortcomings/technical debt, extending functionality, and optimizing the digital tools suite.
•Partner with internal and external customers to guide ERP capabilities and collaborate with architects to design or remediate ERP solutions.
•Optimize enterprise system capabilities across project-centric areas such as project contracts, revenue recognition, resource management/timekeeping, labor distribution, project costing, billing, reporting, and analytics.
•Uplevel understanding of ERP capabilities across CorpOS and improve functionality in ArsenalOS-related tools via cross-team collaboration.
•Integrate system tools with vendors/third-party providers, document product/technical knowledge including upcoming releases, and deliver enterprise model product training to SMEs as needed.

Key Requirements

•7+ years designing, developing, and implementing enterprise business systems (ERP/CRM/MES or similar) in manufacturing companies, with hands-on experience in a major ERP platform (Oracle Fusion strongly preferred).
•Strong understanding of cross-system business processes connecting sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance (CRM/MES/ERP), including experience leading development of these capabilities.
•Product-oriented, outcome-driven mindset focused on business results.
•First-principles problem solving to develop solutions based on what’s best for the company.
•Ability to communicate effectively and U.S. Person status required to access export-controlled data; must be in-office full time and travel up to 25–50%.
