Operations Manager (Uzbekistan)

Manage the network of Lavka dark stores in Tashkent by establishing efficient operating processes, driving KPI performance, and ensuring high-quality grocery delivery. Own day-to-day operations across courier and logistics, inventory and write-offs, cost control (CPO and operational expenses), and P&L analysis. Plan staffing and training, coordinate HR support, and lead launches of new dark stores—from site selection through construction oversight, recruiting, and rollout.
