Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute technology audits spanning technology systems, IT infrastructure, and IT projects to evaluate control effectiveness and risk management
•Audit AI/ML systems, including model governance, explainability, bias controls, data quality and compliance with AI regulations (EU AI Act)
•Audit cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for governance, security configurations, resilience, and cost controls
•Assess the design and effectiveness of cybersecurity controls (IAM, vulnerability management, incident response, third-party risk)
•Conduct audits of data governance frameworks (data quality, lineage, master data management) and ensure GDPR compliance
•Assess regulatory compliance with frameworks (DORA, EBA ICT/Security Guidelines, NIST, ISO 27001/27002) and support remediation of findings
•Identify risk-focused audit areas across processes and controls and communicate findings clearly
•Apply data analytics, automation, and AI-assisted techniques to enhance audit coverage and efficiency
•Prepare and present audit reports, close meetings, and monitor implementation of actions
•Manage stakeholder relationships and provide timely updates on audit progress and outcomes

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, Business Informatics, or related field — or equivalent professional experience
•Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT auditing or IT risk management, preferably in financial services
•Strong understanding of technology risks, control frameworks (COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, ITIL) and cloud security
•Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model risk and AI governance
•Proficiency with audit management software (ACL/Galvanize, TeamMate+) and data analysis tools (Power BI, Python, SQL)
•Willingness to travel as required
•Excellent communication skills in English
•Open to changing technology developments
•Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities
