Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection products, crop nutrient products, seed, and custom application procedures.
  • •Perform agronomy/seed operations and monitor/maintain quality of inventory.
  • •Regulate and perform periodic housecleaning processes and record keeping.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment and vehicles.
  • •Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed while maintaining compliance with environmental and safety policies.
