Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates and understanding the impact of your work.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open and manage personal and business accounts and related financial products, including deposits and lending.
  • •Collaborate with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and documentation, and support teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED (or equivalent business experience) and experience developing new and existing customer relationships to achieve sales and referral goals (1+ year).
  • •Ability to apply consumer credit knowledge, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational sales and service skills, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, handling objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows, Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
