Build trusted relationships with clients in a branch setting by having in-depth conversations to uncover financial wellness needs. •Deliver a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates and understanding the impact of your work.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and related financial products, including deposits and lending.
•Collaborate with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and documentation, and support teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED (or equivalent business experience) and experience developing new and existing customer relationships to achieve sales and referral goals (1+ year).
•Ability to apply consumer credit knowledge, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational sales and service skills, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Comfort interacting with small business clients, handling objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows, Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
