Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and build content understanding models for content moderation.
  • •Develop state-of-the-art content understanding techniques (unimodal/multimodal classifiers, graph models, representation learning, LLM).
  • •Collaborate with product teams to define business objectives and improve trust and safety strategy.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models, design online model workflow, and implement scalable serving pipelines.
  • •Work with data scientists to understand challenges and propose data-driven strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or similar quantitative fields, with 2+ years of related experience.
  • •Hands-on experience in machine learning (CV/NLP/Multimodal/Graph/LLM) and statistical models/applied mathematical methods.
  • •Strong coding skills, especially in Python and similar languages.
  • •Ability to take initiative and collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and data science teams.
  • •Interest in new technologies and strong communication and teamwork skills.
