Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with WSP India design teams to agree project brief, deliverables, resources, and programme in line with time and cost.
  • •Be responsible for quality of detailed design and technical reviews/sign-off aligned with WSP and global building regulations, including complex calculations and coordination.
  • •Coordinate designs with due consideration of Health & Safety, Construction Design Management, and Quality Assurance standards.
  • •Lead design and project management early-stage involvement: set goals, monitor progress, and encourage team delivery of cost-effective solutions.
  • •Recruit, lead, develop, mentor, and provide technical training for emerging Buildings/MEP teams, including KPI measurement and continuous improvement.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in designing Building Services with experience in a similar role.
  • •Proven experience in the design of Engineering Building Services.
  • •Conversant with technical mechanical or electrical software such as IES, Amtech, Hevacomp, Relux, and Dialux.
  • •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
  • •Fluent in English with excellent understanding of technical terminology; ideally British Chartered Engineer status or equivalent with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
