Job Summary

Manage engineering projects for development and production, including project definitions and metrics, resource allocation, budget planning and control, schedule management, task prioritization, and project/program reviews. Resolve technical issues with suppliers, drive production cost reductions, and continuously improve quality. Support NPI development and execution and provide governance-aligned reporting to senior management and customers across multi-functional levels.

•Coordinate engineering projects for development and production, including project definitions/metrics, resources, budgets, schedules, priorities, and project/program reviews.
•Communicate project progress and results to senior management and customers.
•Resolve technical issues with suppliers, reduce production costs, and drive continuous quality improvements.
•Support NPI development and execution at the site.
•Accountable for engineering projects/programs across multi-functional, national, and regional levels guided by site objectives and corporate policy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,800 monthly

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
•Advanced English plus strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
•Good user experience with SAP; basic CAD knowledge.
•Understanding and ability to support production-process management software and initiatives (including Six Sigma methods).
•Valid driving license (category B) and effective leadership/communication and teamwork skills (including managing people is welcome).
