Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, validate, and implement manufacturing systems (assembly lines), including process documentation, controls, and optimization.
  • •Support designated production areas to keep operations running and develop safety machine guarding per Eaton requirements.
  • •Develop and implement tools, fixtures, and reports/charts/manufacturing documentation for new or revised requirements.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using IDEAS and CI events (BootCamps, VA/VEs, RIEs), including Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental system (MESH) culture.
  • •Own process capacity and capability targets and establish analysis/control methods, ensuring quality system procedures are supported.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of manufacturing and materials experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electronics, or Mechanics.
  • •Experience developing and launching new products.
  • •Experience developing and executing industrialization plans.
  • •Fluent English; AutoCAD and MFG Pro Management experience is preferred.
