Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and optimize search and recommendation algorithms using information retrieval and machine learning to improve user experience.
  • •Optimize trillion-scale index libraries and large-scale models for search ranking.
  • •Conduct in-depth research on next-generation ranking models powered by large-model knowledge (LRM).
  • •Explore technologies for ranking such as short-video multi-modal machine learning, generative models, scaling laws, sparse MoE, and reinforcement learning.
  • •Contribute to multiple ranking stages including indexing, recall, rough sorting, fine sorting, rerank, and mix-rank.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related technical discipline.
  • •Proficient coding skills with strong algorithms and data structures using C++/Python/Java.
  • •Solid knowledge of machine learning with practical experience applying it.
  • •Experience modeling in one or more areas such as ads, search engines, recommender systems, or NLP/CV.
  • •Effective communication and teamwork skills.
