Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI-driven initiatives using QVAC, Tether’s SDK for local AI and delegated inference. You will serve as the primary engagement point for clients and partners, translating requirements into deployment strategies and coordinating multi-stakeholder rollouts from scoping through production. Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to define roadmaps, manage dependencies, track concurrent deployments, and maintain governance, documentation, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary point of contact for clients and partners during AI implementation initiatives, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment.
•Lead end-to-end coordination of QVAC-based implementations from kickoff through production deployment, including roadmap, milestones, and dependency management.
•Guide clients in translating business requirements into AI deployment strategies using QVAC capabilities, including local inference and delegated compute.
•Coordinate with product, engineering, and research teams to align on QVAC capabilities and integrate client systems (model deployment pipelines, APIs, compute environments).
•Establish governance frameworks, track risks and progress across concurrent deployments, and produce executive-level updates and documentation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in program management, technical account management, or delivery roles in AI, data infrastructure, or complex technology environments.
•Proven experience managing cross-functional implementations with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, clients, external partners).
•Familiarity with AI/ML deployment concepts, including model inference, edge/local AI, and distributed compute architectures.
•Understanding of APIs, SDK integrations, and system architecture patterns, with ability to engage in technical discussions.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with enterprise or government entities.
