Job Summary

Serve as the face of the bank by assisting clients with everyday transactions, account activities, and retail banking products. In higher levels, you’ll also handle advanced branch operations, take and originate consumer loan applications, and participate in IB Edge Sales Management routines.

•Assist clients with transaction services in a friendly and efficient manner.
•Provide financial solutions using Independent Bank products and services and help clients understand account frameworks.
•Utilize available technology to perform daily tasks and demonstrate digital products for client navigation.
•Open new accounts and support increasing client relationships through proactive financial conversations.
•At higher levels, handle advanced branch operations tasks and take consumer loan applications; participate in IB Edge Sales Management routines.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
•Outstanding client service skills.
•Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/non-verbal, email, phone etiquette) and the ability to work as part of a team.
•Ability to adapt to new ideas, processes, workflows, and systems while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
•Cash handling experience is preferred (training is provided).
