Roller Operator

Operate a roller on asphalt paving equipment and help ensure high-quality pavement results. You’ll control material flow and depth through the machine, support job planning with foremen or paving operators, measure passes and estimate yield, and coordinate pace with the paving operator. The role also includes assisting the labor crew with asphalt tasks, communicating material flaws to supervisors, and taking action to avoid hazards while maintaining required safety and equipment standards.
