Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide estimating, cost planning, and commercial management, including producing and presenting final cost plans.
  • •Review and reconcile changes and support contractors in validating quantity and pricing information, including assisting with change orders.
  • •Coordinate cost information sources (contractor pricing, supplier quotations, subcontractor proposals, and design team quantities) and provide cost impacts for design decisions/value engineering.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, forecasting, commitment tracking, contingency management, risk tracking, and change control across large projects.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports/presentations and support final accounts negotiation, maintaining benchmarking data and historical cost records; mentor junior team members as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or project controls in construction.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale construction projects, preferably in mission-critical (e.g., data center) or complex environments.
  • •RICS accreditation or progress toward accreditation is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of estimating, procurement strategies, value management/engineering, and change management, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
