Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and implement clinical guideline updates and support pharmacy information booklet and medication guide review.
  • •Conduct clinical reviews related to medication errors and identified issues, and stay current on state and federal pharmacy law.
  • •Lead the CQI program by auditing, analyzing, and trending pharmacy error and near-miss data, including monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • •Author, review, and update pharmacy SOPs, and guide the pharmacy team during technology failures or system downtime.
  • •Serve as the primary clinical liaison across internal teams and coordinate escalated patient communications from CX.

Key Requirements

  • •Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program.
  • •Active, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in Arizona.
  • •2+ years of post-licensure pharmacy experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior clinical capacity.
  • •Strong cross-functional communication skills, comfortable partnering with engineering, operations, and clinical teams.
  • •Willingness to obtain non-resident pharmacist licenses and serve as back up PIC when needed.
