Job Summary

Own the strategy and execution of new “ventures” for a home-services marketplace, including ideating, incubating, and standing up net-new bets in new verticals. Build partnerships where applicable, co-develop GTM motions, and define OKRs/KPIs. Lead portfolio project management and cross-functional workstreams with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, and Finance, translating insights into roadmap and future growth opportunities.

•Serve as a “GM” for new bets, creating strategy and defining OKRs/KPIs across a portfolio of projects.
•Source and develop new partners (when applicable) and coordinate with business development teams to ensure venture success.
•Project/program manage initiatives within the new ventures portfolio.
•Identify requirements to stand up and (if needed) scale new bets.
•Lead cross-functional workstreams to develop, test, refine, and iterate initiatives to meet KPIs and inform future vertical/partner strategy.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,200 - 154,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, and/or management consulting (or comparable experience).
•Experience setting and achieving revenue goals or other financial metrics.
•Ability to balance diverse perspectives and facilitate a clear path forward.
•Comfort operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, business development, and technology.
•Strong ability to independently design, create, and deliver results and presentations for senior/executive leadership.
