Job Summary

Join Avanade as a Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Consultant to design, implement, and optimize M365-based workplace solutions (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, PowerPlatform) for diverse client scenarios. You’ll build modern device management, configure tenants, and migrate from on-prem to hybrid or cloud, working hands-on in a collaborative, multinational team.

Job Function: Consulting & Advisory

Key Responsibilities

•Define and deploy innovative, modern and sustainable workplace solutions (including Office Space)
•Design, configure and develop Office 365 tenants in scenarios such as carve-outs or mergers
•Build a modern device management solution based on MS EndPoint Manager (formerly Intune)
•Develop and configure M365 workloads such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform, EndPoint Manager
•Optimize M365 built-in security and compliance per customer requirements (e.g., Defender) and migrate on-prem systems to hybrid or cloud

Key Requirements

•Completed IT training or a comparable degree with IT experience
•Experience with M365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange & EMS
•Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph API and the M365 Admin Portal
•Technical & consulting mindset coupled with strong business understanding
•Fluent German and English (minimum C1)
