Oversee shipside engineering support and coordinate internal and external supplier integration for the VC-25B program’s aircraft interior work in San Antonio, TX. Partner with program and engineering leaders to support key milestones through strong collaboration, communication, and technical oversight.

Key Requirements

•At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership” course.
•Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical, or Material Sciences) or an equivalent technical degree.
•3+ years of experience working cross-functionally and/or managing external supplier relationships.
•Experience leading integrated teams to develop complex solutions.
•Strong foundational understanding of aircraft support, including change management and supplier oversight.
