Job Summary

Serve as a Medicaid Eligibility Subject Matter Expert within the client’s Business Services Support team, partnering with Member Services and vendors to improve operational efficiency and the quality of system enhancements. Lead and support definition, design, testing, and implementation planning for system releases, including onboarding/admin tasks, notice issue research, and UAT execution. Assess operational impacts of proposed changes and recommend workflow and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Member Services to improve operational efficiency and the quality of systems enhancements delivered to production
•Support Member Services Partner Support onboarding and administrative tasks, including troubleshooting and problem solving
•Support daily notice review by researching notice issues, reviewing data fixes, and participating in notice user acceptance testing
•Identify operational impacts from proposed system changes and recommend modifications to business workflows and processes
•Participate in requirements definition, testing (system integration and UAT), and implementation planning such as operational readiness, parallel, and beta tests

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•6+ years’ experience in health and human services eligibility determination
•1+ year interpreting complex eligibility determination rules, policy, and processes
•3+ years conducting meetings and making presentations
•3+ years business experience working on large complex system implementation and/or enhancement projects
