Senior Client Manager

Own assigned client accounts and drive land, expansion, and renewals across NTT DATA solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining open communication and ensuring satisfaction across the full client lifecycle. Identify client needs, articulate how services add value, and generate demand to grow revenue. Coordinate with internal teams plus vendors/partners, manage opportunities and forecasts using company sales tools, and help align governance and compliance to manage risk.
