Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day facilities and workplace operations across DigitalOcean offices, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security access, mail/shipping, food & beverage, and general upkeep.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for building management, landlords, and facilities vendors at each site.
  • •Coordinate and schedule vendor visits, service contracts, and preventive maintenance while minimizing disruption.
  • •Manage facilities budgets for assigned offices, including tracking spend, processing invoices, and flagging variances.
  • •Maintain health/safety and building-code compliance, and support emergency preparedness and incident response procedures.
