Senior Licensing Specialist (Retail, Alcohol & Business Licensing)

Serve as the project’s licensing authority for a large-scale retail operation, interpreting complex regulatory requirements and guiding best practices for high-risk licensing (including alcohol and health permits). Build compliant, scalable processes to support thousands of locations across multiple jurisdictions, translating statutes and municipal codes into practical workflows. Manage the full licensing lifecycle from applications and renewals through approvals, closeout, and record retention.
