Key Responsibilities

•Own a defined territory and build pipeline via proactive outbound (email, call, social) to generate ≥50% of booked opportunities.
•Conduct deep discovery and qualification to understand pain, business impact, budget, and decision criteria using MEDDPICC.
•Create and deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos mapping Elastic Search, Observability, and Security to business outcomes.
•Partner with customers to build formal close plans and maintain ≥90% forecast accuracy within ±10% using CRM.
•Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions to secure multi-year consumption commitments; collaborate across Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.

•Strong discovery and qualification skills using MEDDPICC (or equivalent) to drive disciplined pipeline and eliminate low-probability deals.
•Ability to deliver executive-level presentations and live demos that tie product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
•Comfort negotiating and closing multi-year, high-ACV contracts while defending value and protecting margin.
