Key Responsibilities

  • •Define how merchants get confidence to go live on Adyen, improving testability, feedback loops, and prescriptive guidance for both AI coding agents and developers.
  • •Own the payments simulation platform, enabling end-to-end payment flow testing without live connections while balancing coverage and accuracy across regions.
  • •Extend testing capabilities beyond payments to support the full integration across financial products, Uplift, Loyalty, and Giving.
  • •Drive adoption across regional product teams by aligning engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders around shared outcomes.
  • •Consolidate and simplify testing infrastructure by unifying fragmented tools, deprecating legacy solutions, and delivering AI-native, machine-readable test suites and developer sandboxes.

Salary: USD 201,600 - 302,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product experience, with significant time on platform or infrastructure products serving internal teams and/or external developers.
  • •Experience implementing novel solutions using Agentic AI, extending beyond traditional product management boundaries.
  • •Proven track record building developer tooling and/or API-first platforms at scale.
  • •Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of shared platforms across multiple product teams with competing roadmaps.
  • •Strong analytical rigor grounded in data and metrics to support strategic decisions.
